The project is located in Beijing Haidian District Zhongguancun Street and the intersection of the four rings, in the Zhongguancun area of the core area.

The bridge is a zigzag shaped bridge. The maximum span of the bridge is about 48 meters, the minimum is about 35 meters, the length of 327 meters; staircase each staircase 4.5 meters; escalator lift height of 6 meters; disabled vertical lifting platform, lifting height of 6 meters. The flyover is also the most significant and most important traffic node in the region.
